Phone Card Information

Prepaid phone cards may be purchased in the lobby of the Campbell County Detention Center in $5, $10 or $20 denominations between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and during visitation on Saturday and Sunday.  Cards are passed out to the inmate population after 4 p.m.  If the card is purchased after 4 p.m., it will be delivered to the inmate the following day (exception: Saturday and Sunday.)

  • The card is valid only at the Campbell County Detention Center or the Campbell County Restricted Custody Center.
     
  • No refunds will be issued for a card that has been partially used.
Prepaid Card Refund Information

For a refund on an unused phone card, simply mail the card back to Combined Public Communications with your name, address and telephone number.  A Combined Public Communications representative will mail a refund to you.

There are NO REFUNDS on unused portions of prepaid cards.

Inmates May Purchase Phone Cards

Inmates who do not owe a debt balance to the Campbell County Jail, may purchase their own phone cards from the funds on their accounts.
