Commissary

Inmates are given the opportunity to order commissary twice a week.  Orders may be placed on Wednesdays and Sundays (excludes holidays)

Inmates housed in the direct supervision dorms at the Campbell County Detention Center will have direct access to their account information via a kiosk in their dorm.  This will allow the inmate to order at any time and also gives them access to view their account balances.

Inmates are limited to a $100 worth of commissary in a 7 day period.

The booking fee(s) must be paid off completely before the inmate may have money on their account to order commissary. To check an inmates booking fee balance, please contact the administrative office to pay off the booking fee balance.

Leaving Money for Commissary

Inmates incarcerated in the Detention Center are charged a per day rate of $20. Each day their commissary balance is charged the per day rate of $20. Simultaneously, 25% of their commissary balance is transferred toward their debt balance.

Hygiene

Inmates who have no money for commissary but require hygiene products will be provided with an opportunity to request an Indigent Pak.  These are available twice monthly.  A charge of $2.50 will be applied to their account if an Indigent Pak is requested.

Inmates in the direct supervision dorms may order Indigent Paks via their kiosk in the dorm.

Cashier

To place money on an inmate's account, a machine has been installed in the Campbell County Detention Center's main lobby.  This machine will allow funds to be placed on an inmate's account which then become immediately available for use.  Cash or credit cards are accepted by this machine.  Access to this machine is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A $3.25 fee applies for use of the machine.

Money on Accounts

To place money on an inmate's account, you must put cash or debit/credit card into our Cashier machine in our lobby.  These funds will automatically be added to the inmate's account.  Money orders sent via the mail will be charged a $3.25 processing fee.
